We will not recommend repairs that are not needed, however, we may suggest repairs or preventive maintenance and explain why this would be to your advantage. Mike aka “Stumpy” gives as good as he gets. He believes in treating his customers like family members. His work ethic is simple: treat others like you would want to be treated. You can rest assured knowing he is a man of his word. His goal is to make you feel like an extended part of the family from the minute you walk in the door. He and his sweetheart wife Cara have been married 39 years and together they and their beautiful daughter Chelsie along with a dynamic crew work hard to earn your trust and make you feel comfortable. Stumpy and Cara live simple clean lives and love to travel in their RV locally. Sitting around a campfire is how the idea was nurtured for Tillamook RV and Field of Dreams RV Storage. Established in 1998.
The history of Tillamook RV started on 2150 Hadley Rd. We were located in what we like to call “Ground Zero”. Zero meaning where water depths started. We had numerous floods (2 to 4 per yr), with a depth of 3.5 to 4 ft in our Showroom, Lots of mud, lots of cleanup & lots of water fights during cleanups. Selling to FEMA for 75% of land value enabled us to purchase property at our current location. Building a new facility on HWY 101 brought its challenges by paying two mortgages for property in the year of 2008. Customer Service carried us through these times. We thank our people for being there. We have a substantial footprint. Our new facility houses Tillamook RV & adjoins Habitat for Humanity who leases our north end of the building, affording them 10,000 square feet along with our 10,000 square feet. In 2019 we went to Stage two of our goals of having a repair facility, a renter and now 25 above and beyond storage bays which are heated, monitored and have valet service available.<\/p>\n
